The Mother Plucker’s Ramblings

It’s official…. Pluckers in Killeen has already become a huge success!  Since the day we have opened the restaurant, the Central Texas community has shown nothing but love for the biggest Pluckers store yet.  For those who don’t know, Killeen is home to Fort Hood which is one of the largest army bases in the world.  To help support our troops, we have organized a fundraiser for the Wounded Warriors on August 25th at the Killeen store.  This group helps support soldiers injured in battle in Afghanistan, Iraq and other areas of the world where are our troops are serving.  On this day 20% of all sales from anyone mentioning the Wounded Warriors will be donated.  So if you have been to Pluckers before, stop on by.  If you haven’t….here’s a chance to help support a great cause AND get Killeen’s best wings at the same time!
