Before we open, we need your help! Before each of our restaurant openings, we operate several pre-opening shifts that are primarily designed so that our new staff will get a chance to work with non-paying guests before we ever open the doors! These shifts are invaluable to us to ensure we have top-notch staff on the day we open for regular business.
This invitation gives you and up to three guests the chance to dine in at the restaurant at any one of the following shifts:
Lunch (11am - 1pm)
Dinner (6pm - 8pm)
• This invitation is only good for up to four people. This includes children.
• We will only seat four people (including children over the age of 1) to a table. No exceptions. (i.e. If six people come in together, we WILL put you at two tables.)
• Due to the fact that these are training shifts, wait times may be long and service may be slow...but the food is free so who cares how long it takes, right?
• We will not seat incomplete parties. If your entire party is not present you will be placed on the wait list until the end of the the seating period. Only those present will be seated at that time.
• While we are in training, tables are assigned and cannot be changed. We will not take section or table requests during these shifts.
• Once you are seated, please remain at your table. There will be no in and outs.
• Each person will receive an entree and the table will receive a dessert or appetizer to share. Dessert and appetizer tables are predetermined and cannot be changed.
• Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
• Don't forget your servers that are working hard to provide a great experience for you! Cash or credit card tips are appreciated!
• In order to minimize large groups of people, guests will not be allowed to wait in line or at the front of the restaurant.
• When you arrive, please send one representative from your group to the restaurant entrance where they will be greeted by a Pluckers employee.
• You will be asked for the number of people in your party, given your meal tickets and put on the wait list on a first come, first served basis. You will then be asked to wait in your car.
• When we are ready to seat your party, you will receive a text message at the number you provided. At this time, you will line up at the door and will be seated at your table soon.
*On each shift, we will only feed a predetermined number of guests. After that, we will no longer allow additional people to take advantage of this offer. This means, the earlier you arrive, the better your chances of getting free food!
