Killeen's Weekly Events
We’ve got some special things planned for our newest restaurant in Killeen, TX.
We may be a little outside the Austin City Limits but we’re still homegrown and just like family. We aren’t a “chain” like everyone else on Highway 190. Sure we may have seven other restaurants, but we are proud to say that every Pluckers is unique. In Killeen, we’ve got a killer lineup of weekly events:
· Wednesdays – We have live team trivia with a Pluckers twist. This isn’t your typical trivia with questions only trivia buffs and nerds know. Our trivia is geared toward pop culture with six rounds each week including Name That Tune, famous movie quotes, sports trivia and TV trivia. Teams can earn extra points each week for best team name or participating in wing eating contests. Caution: Our trivia is not for the politically correct, so bring your friends and be ready to enjoy our famous specials on 34-ounce Mother Plucker mugs of beer!
· Thursdays – On Thursday’s after 10pm, we’ll be bringing in local DJ’s to spice things up. Our dance floor will be open until 2am and combined with Tijuana Thursday’s featuring $2 Tecate, $2.50 selected Mexican beers and $4.00 pints of Mexican Martini’s, you’ll have your dance pants on in no time.
· Fridays – We’ll be featuring the best of live music with bands from around Central Texas. Music starts at 10pm.
· Saturdays – It’s another night for great live music or we’ll be showing all the UFC matches, big football games or other sporting events.
· Sundays – Sundays during football season are always crazy at Pluckers, but in Killeen, we’ll also have karaoke each Sunday starting at 9:30pm. If you are like us, you need a little liquid courage to get on stage and make a fool of yourself, so we are combining karaoke with our notorious $2.00 Shot Night. And as always, you’ll find Jagermesiter for $3.50 and Patron Silver for $4.00!
