Since we are still planning the details, we don’t have specifics. But you can plan on casual attire during the days and cocktail attire for at least one evening/dinner event.
There are no presentations, meetings or “business” done at the Pluckers conference. This is probably very different than conferences you have attended in the past. The goal of our conference is simply for everyone we work with to get to know each other and have a good time. We believe people are the most important reason Pluckers is successful and our conference will showcase that. If there are specific people within our organization that you would like to get to know better, please let us know and we can try to arrange dedicated time for you.
We are strict about the number of people that are able to participate in the event relative to the sponsorship levels. If you would like to bring additional people beyond the sponsorship levels, the cost is $1,375 per day, per person. This covers all meals and activities during that day, but not a hotel room.
Most of the Pluckers crew will be arriving early afternoon. Our first event will be a mid to late-afternoon event.
Our last event will go very late Thursday night. Friday is just a travel day so you may return at your leisure.
Yes. The sponsorship levels do not include transportation.
Yes. If your sponsorship level does not include hotel rooms or you need to book additional rooms, please call the Four Seasons reservations department directly at 615-610-6995. Be sure to inform the hotel you are visiting with Pluckers Annual Retreat to receive our special group rate. You can also reserve rooms online at https://www.fourseasons.com/nashville. Click on "Check Rates" and enter our group code 250121PLU. All rooms must be booked by December 23, 2024. Anything booked after this date will be at the hotel's regular rate and availability is not guaranteed.
