We need your help! Before each of our restaurant openings, we operate several pre-opening shifts to give our new staff a chance to work with non-paying guests. These shifts are invaluable to us to ensure we have top-notch staff on the day we open for regular business.

What’s in it for you? Free Pluckers! Every guest gets a free entrée and drink, your table scores a shared dessert or appetizer, and you’ll be one of the first to check out our new Shenandoah location.

How it will work: 

‍

STEP 1: Wait in line (preferably 1 representative per party). General public and Lite Pluckers Club members are eligible to attend the lunch shifts. At least 1 person from each party must be a Pluckers Club member* to attend the dinner shifts. Platinum members may skip the line and proceed to the red carpet! A Pluckers employee will distribute free meal tickets until supplies run out.

STEP 2: Tell the employee your total party number, including children over age 1. Max of 4 people per table. You’ll receive a meal ticket for each person.

STEP 3: Stay in line until you reach the host at the front and provide your cell number to be added to our online waitlist.

STEP 4: Relax in your car until we text you that your table is ready!

STEP 5: Gather your entire party and line up outside. You’ll be seated shortly.

STEP 6: ENJOY FREE FOOD!

Important details:

• Reminder: One person from each party must be a Pluckers Club Member* for dinner shifts. Register in-store to take your friends and family for a free meal!‍
• In order to be seated, a representative from your party must arrive early enough to claim free meal tickets before they run out. Diamond and Platinum members still require meal tickets, but they can skip the line and head straight to the red carpet!
• General public and Lite Pluckers Club members may attend the lunch shifts, or they can upgrade their membership at the restaurant and be eligible to receive free meals at the dinner shifts!
• Each person gets an entrée and drink, and the table will receive a dessert or appetizer to share.
• If your entire party isn’t present within 3 minutes of receiving the text message, you’ll be removed from the waitlist.
• Tip your hardworking servers! Cash or card tips are appreciated.
• Pre-opening shifts may result in longer wait times and slower service.

This announcement does not guarantee meal tickets. On each shift, we will feed only 250 guests. After that, we will no longer allow additional people to dine during that shift. Come early to secure your free meals!

Pluckers Club Members* who dine in during pre-opening shifts get a free commemorative glass!

*Must be a Gold, Platinum, Diamond, or Legacy member. Lite membership not eligible.
