INsurance for qualifying RESTAURANT staff.

Restaurant staff is eligible for benefits if they work full-time (30+ hours per week) in their first six months. Eligible staff will be contacted via Paylocity with instructions and will also be notified via signage in-store.

You can view instructions on how to complete your enrollment in Paylocity/BSWIFT here. Note: You must use a browser on your phone or computer to complete enrollment - you cannot do this via the Paylocity app.

We are pleased to offer Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) to qualifying full-time employees that have worked at least 6 months.

Should you experience a life event and need to change coverage, please email benefits@pluckers.net.

Qualifying staff is also eligible to enroll in additional coverages from Manhattan Life. These include Life Insurance, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, and supplementary vision/dental/hearing insurance. You will be provided direct links to enroll with Manhattan Life when you qualify for coverage. Please note that premiums for these coverages are not payroll-deducted, so you will be asked for banking information upon enrollment.

Issues logging into Paylocity?

Visit https://access.paylocity.com/ and enter your company ID, username, and password. If you forgot your password and the "forgot password" function doesn't work for you after 90 minutes, please reach out to your General Manager or HR for assistance.
