We are opening a new Pluckers in Pasadena, located on the south-bound frontage road of the Sam Houston Tollway just north of Spencer Highway. Before we open, we need your help! Before each of our restaurant openings, we operate several pre-opening shifts that are primarily designed so that our new staff will get a chance to work with non-paying guests before we ever open the doors! These shifts are invaluable to us to ensure we have top-notch staff on the day we open for regular business.
Important Details:
- This invitation is only good for up to four people. This includes kids.
- Due to the fact that these are training shifts, wait times may be long and service may be slow…but hey, the food is free so who cares how long it takes, right?
- We will only seat four people (including children) to a table. No exceptions. (i.e. If six people come with two invitations, we WILL put you at two tables)
- We will not seat incomplete parties. If your entire party is not present you will be placed on the wait list.
- Each person will receive an entrée and the table will receive a dessert or appetizer to share.
- Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
- Don’t forget about your servers that are working hard to provide a great experience for you! Cash or credit card tips are appreciated.
- There is no need to RSVP to this invitation, but if you cannot make it for any reason, please pass this invitation along to someone at your office or to a friend who can.
COVID-19 Protocol Details:
- In order to minimize large groups of people, guests will not be allowed to wait in line or at the front of the restaurant.
- When you arrive, please send one representative from your group to the restaurant entrance where they will be greeted by a Pluckers employee.
- You will be asked for the number of people in your party, given your meal tickets and put on the wait list on a first come, first served basis. You will then be asked to wait in your car.
- When we are ready to seat your party, you will receive a text message at the number you provided. At this time, you will line up at the door on the socially distanced markers.
- We will be taking the temperature of all guests before they enter the restaurant. Any guest who registers a temperature above the current guidelines will not be permitted to enter.
- All guests above the age of 2 will be required to wear a face mask. Face masks may only be removed when seated at your table.
- Pluckers is, and always has been, committed to the highest health and safety standards in our restaurants. We are following all guidelines set forth by the WHO, CDC, State of Texas and the Texas Restaurant Association.
*On each shift, we will only feed a predetermined number of guests. After that, we will no longer allow additional people to take advantage of this offer. This means, the earlier you arrive, the better your chances of getting free food!
