After a great time in New Orleans last year, we have decided to venture to a brand new location - Nashville, TN! We put together a first class trip including delicious meals and great parties that go late into the night. We ask all of our major vendors to participate in the conference because we truly believe that these two days are the best way for our vendors to create a long lasting personal relationship with the people who work at Pluckers. We guarantee that you will have a great time and this conference will be work that certainly doesn't feel like work!

Since it's our first trip to Nashville, we're jumping in "boots first" and heading to Honky Tonk Central for dinner and a party. Located in the heart of Nashville's famous Broadway, Honky Tonk Central is known for its size, energy, and lively atmosphere. Over the years, it's been featured on several TV shows including "Nashville". While there, we'll enjoy drinks, live music, and dinner provided by Prince's Hot Chicken, the original hot chicken.

Scavenger Hunt

The scavenger hunt has long been a favorite of the Pluckers trip. Our very first scavenger hunt was in New Orleans in 2015 and since then we’ve held scavenger hunts in NOLA, Vegas, and Miami. We are excited to explore a new city this year! You will find out your team at brunch and will leave directly from Liberty Common. The winning Team will win $2,500

We’ll get back together to swap stories, sip some cocktails, and tally up the points for the scavenger hunt so we can crown the winning team! AJ's was founded by country music superstar Alan Jackson in 2016. Housed in the oldest building on Broadway, this historical venue was once a civil war hospital and later home of the famous Bullet Records (a record label started in the 40s to record the stars of The Grand Ole Opry).

After a day of running around Nashville, we'll enjoy a nice dinner at Harper's. Harper's prides itself on being a globally inspired, style-forward steakhouse and features intricate stonework and archways.

We'll round out this epic trip with a party at Brooklyn Bowl. We'll enjoy drinks, live music, and for those that are interested, a little bowling!
Other Housekeeping Information
Social Media: One of the best parts of the trip is reliving all the great moments on social media. We ask that everyone who attends use the #pluckinnash for all of your social media posts so everyone can enjoy.
Hospitality Suite: Per usual, we will have a dedicated Hospitality Suite in the Hotel. It is located on the 5th floor of the Four Seasons in the SoBro Ballroom and will open after our Welcome Happy Hour. The suite is for all to enjoy as long as itis open and it will have plenty of snacks and libations.
Flights and Airport Transportation: You should have received your flight information from Sidney Tishgart. If you have not, please reach out to Sidney directly. We have arranged for transportation for everyone to the hotel and back to the airport on Friday. Since we have folks staying at two different hotels and arriving at three different times, we will send a separate email with details specific to you about your transportation to and from the airport. Keep an eye out for that email as we get closer to the trip!

Be sure to inform the hotel you are visiting for Pluckers Annual Retreat to receive our special group rate. All rooms must be booked by December 23, 2024. Anything booked after this date will be at the hotel's regular rate and availability is not guaranteed.
